Actually, what I didn't say over Twitter was that I found this quite validating that I'm on the correct path - and also a reminder not to dig too deep. Currently deep in the discovery phase which requires a better model than we have and this post was super timely. Thanks for sharing your insights.
What I take away is this: the real model is forged inside of you in the fire of the conversation. Only after that can you extract it. First inside, then outside.
Good reassurance that all the techniques in the world don't help if you don't first listen and understand.
